General Hospital spoilers tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) may have inadvertently confided in the wrong person.
Recently, a frazzled Brook Lynn updated Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) about Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) drunken state and more importantly, the impact Finn’s actions could have on Finn’s young daughter, Violet Finn (Jophielle Love).
Sonny seemed angry and insisted that Brook Lynn and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) are doing the right thing by putting Violet’s well-being first.

While Finn is certainly overmedicated on alcohol, Sonny has problems of his own even though he isn’t aware of it. Months ago, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) paid off Sonny’s pharmacist to alter Sonny’s bi-polar medication.
In effect, Sonny is only receiving about a quarter of his prescribed dosage. He’s been acting more and more erratic ever since. He almost beat Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) to within an inch of his life.
Sonny seemed to take Finn’s behavior personally, perhaps because of own past with a drunken step-father.
GH Spoilers – Hamilton Finn hasn’t yet hit rock bottom
Most recently, Finn passed out after cutting his hand on a broken glass. Violet walked in and was terrified that her father was dead. She found Finn’s phone and called Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).
Tracy called paramedics and rushed to Finn’s apartment. While paramedics worked on Finn, Tracy convinced Violet to go with her to Chase and Brook Lynn’s apartment.
Then Tracy returned to Finn’s apartment and photographed Finn passed out with glass all over the floor. She’s likely going to insist Finn go to rehab. But Finn will be defiant and insist on getting his daughter back.
General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos versus Hamilton Finn
It’s logical to think that Sonny will continue to get updates and once he hears the latest, he might decide to confront Finn himself. With both Finn and Sonny out of control, there’s no telling what will happen if they confront one another.
It’s likely to get quiet violent. Could one of them not make it out alive. Or could Finn think he hurt Sonny and take off in his car for even more trouble down the road, leading to an accident. No matter what, things aren’t looking good for either Finn or Sonny right now.
